Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations by Customer

  • All cancellations must be requested in writing, either through email or WhatsApp.
  • Cancellation charges will apply depending on the time of cancellation, as mentioned in our Refund Policy.
  • Any booking cancelled after confirmation is subject to service provider policies (hotels, transport, etc.).

Cancellations by Sundus Travel & Tour

If a tour is cancelled by Sundus Travel & Tour due to unavoidable circumstances — such as weather, political situations, operational limitations, or insufficient bookings — customers will receive:

  • ✔ Full refund, or
  • ✔ The option to reschedule to another available date / package

No-Show Policy

  • If a traveler does not join the tour, misses the departure, or fails to board transportation due to personal reasons, no refund will be provided.
  • Missed services (airport transfer, sightseeing, hotel stay, etc.) cannot be rescheduled or compensated.

Force Majeure

Sundus Travel & Tour will not be held responsible for cancellations or itinerary changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government regulations, lockdowns, war, strikes, pandemics, or civil unrest.

In such cases, refunds or rescheduling will follow the policies of hotels, airlines, and other service providers involved.
