Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings depend on availability at the time of request.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after partial or full payment is received as per the booking policy.
- Customers must provide accurate personal details and valid ID proof while making a reservation.
Payments
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or any accepted online payment method.
- Full payment must be completed before the commencement of the tour.
- Sundus Travel & Tour holds the right to cancel a reservation if payment is not completed within the specified time.
Pricing
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without prior notice due to variations in fuel costs, government taxes, hotel tariff adjustments, or other external factors.
- The company will not be held responsible for any price changes imposed by third-party service providers.
Responsibilities
- Sundus Travel & Tour acts as a facilitator with hotels, transportation services, and sightseeing operators.
- We are not responsible for delays, injuries, loss of belongings, or cancellations caused by natural calamities, accidents, political disturbances, or government restrictions.
Customer Conduct
- Guests are expected to maintain respectful behaviour toward travel guides, staff, fellow tourists, and local communities during the trip.
- Any misconduct or violation of local laws may result in trip cancellation without eligibility for a refund.
Jurisdiction
Any legal dispute or claim related to our services will fall under the jurisdiction of Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir (India).
